Homemade Chicken Nuggets Recipe

Ingredients Needed:
- Boneless chicken, 200 g
- Garlic: 4 cloves
- Fenugreek seeds, 1 tbs
- 2 to 3 dry red chilies
- 1 Onion (medium)
- Ginger is 50% of garlic
- Bread
- Salt
- Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg
- Pepper
- Oil (to fry)
Preparation:
Add fenugreek seed, onion, garlic,
ginger and red raw chilli in a mixer jar and pulse it without adding water.
Add boneless chicken pieces and 2
bread slices to the jar and make a fine paste.
Transfer that mixture into a
separate bowl, pat it into the desired shape, and keep it aside on a plate.
In a small cup, crack an egg and mix with salt and pepper to taste.
On a plate, pour breadcrumbs to
prepare chicken nuggets.
Dip each chicken slice in the egg
mixture and coat it in breadcrumbs.
Note: Use a different spoon to coat breadcrumbs in chicken, if the same spoon is used to dip, it will waste the breadcrumbs within a few coatings.
Now pour oil into a pan; once
heated, add coated chickens one by one and deep-fry them.
Now chicken nuggets are ready.
